The Puckett Family established the vineyards at Rogers Ford Winery in 1980 located midway between Washington DC and Richmond Va. situated in the rural setting of Sumerduck, Va. at a historic ford crossing on the Rappahannock River.
After retirement from day jobs we opened our tasting room in 2002 producing classic dry & semi-dry wines with clean, crisp, fruity, characteristics. Try our Vidal Blanc, Jacob Christopher Chardonnay, Sumerduck Rose', Virginia White, Late Harvest Vidal, and Petit Manseng Sweet Dessert Wine, or our red wines including Chloe Cabernet, Virginia Red, and Petit Verdot. With production under 1000 cases a year, you are guarantied high quality boutique wines.
