We run a service called Farmfoody.org and would like for you to use it. Our basic service is free and we may offer upgrades or advanced features for a fee. Our service is designed to give you as much control and ownership over your content on this site, but you are responsible for the content your create and display on this site.
Terms of Service:
Right now, we do not have a formal Terms of Service, but offer a common sense terms. We consider you to be bound ethically by our Golden Rules.
Our Golden Rules
- Don't use your account to bother other people. Be nice.
- Don't use your account to publish other people's content without their permission.
- Don't misrepresent yourself on your profile. Don't pretend to be a competitor, some famous person or corporation when you're not.
- Don't publish content that is harmful, libelous, defamatory, hurtful to others. Don't spam.
- Don't give your password to people who shouldn't have it. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- We are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the content on our website. Check other sources before acting on information provided by this site.
- We can't possibly review all the content on our site. There isn't enough time. We will remove offending content as soon as we can and are notified.
- We will not be responsible for mistakes or accidents you have while using this site. Use it at your own risk. Don't run with scissors either.
- We reserve the right to remove your account for any reason at any time, especially violating the Golden Rules.
The content you post to our site is your own. Farmfoody.org does not claim any intellectual property rights in the content you contribute. You can remove your profile or content at any time by deleting your account (make a request through the contact form). We only ask that you grant us permission to display your public content on our website as long as your profile exist. We will make a reasonable effort to remove any remaining content. The only exception may be if you send a message or share some content with another user, then that content may remain within their account or profile as a copy after you close your account.
